Hiring: OT Staff – Delhi

Location: Delhi

Openings: 5

Salary: 15,000 – 17,000 per month

Duty Hours: 10 hours per day

Working Days: 6 days a week

Weekly Off: 1 day per week

Saturday & Sunday: Mandatory working days

Role: OT Staff – Hair Transplant

We are looking for OT Staff to support the smooth functioning of the Operation Theatre during hair transplant procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up the OT before hair transplant procedures.
• Ensure proper sterilization of OT instruments and equipment as per protocols.
• Arrange and maintain required OT supplies and consumables.
• Load and arrange supplies required for the hair transplant process.
• Ensure the OT is properly cleaned, organized, and ready before each procedure.
• Assist with OT preparation, pack-up, and post-procedure cleaning.
• Maintain proper hygiene, sterilization, and infection-control standards.
• Check availability of required instruments, consumables, and supplies.
• Coordinate with the clinical team regarding OT requirements.
• Maintain proper handling and storage of OT equipment and supplies.
  
  

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in OT setup, sterilization, or clinical/OT support will be preferred.
• Candidates with relevant OT Technician/Paramedical backgrounds can apply.
• Good understanding of hygiene and sterilization protocols.
• Ability to work for 10-hour shifts.
• Willingness to work on Saturdays and Sundays is mandatory.
• Good discipline, coordination, and attention to detail.
