OT Security & Penetration Testing Specialist

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled OT Security Specialist with strong Penetration Testing expertise to secure industrial environments and critical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Operational Technology (OT) security, vulnerability assessment, and ethical hacking across industrial control systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform penetration testing and vulnerability assessments on OT/ICS/SCADA systems
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate security risks in industrial environments
- Conduct red team / adversarial simulations for OT networks
- Develop and implement security frameworks, policies, and controls for OT infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with standards such as IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to strengthen overall security posture
- Perform threat modeling and risk assessments for critical assets
- Prepare detailed security reports, remediation plans, and executive summaries
- Stay updated with emerging threats in industrial cybersecurity
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong experience in OT Security (ICS, SCADA, DCS systems)
- Hands-on expertise in Penetration Testing / Ethical Hacking
- Knowledge of industrial protocols: Modbus, DNP3, OPC, IEC 104
- Experience with tools like Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, Wireshark, Nessus
- Understanding of network security, firewalls, IDS/IPS in OT environments
- Familiarity with threat intelligence and incident response
- Strong knowledge of risk management and compliance frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CEH, OSCP, CISSP, GICSP, GPEN
- Experience in manufacturing, energy, utilities, or oil & gas sectors
- Exposure to SIEM tools and SOC operations
