Role Description

This is a full-time role for an OT Security Engineer/Manager Product Development. As part of our established product development team, this role will focus on advancing our portfolio of OT security technologies through the development of a specialized OT security tool.

The role requires a highly hands-on individual contributor who can independently drive architecture, design, development, and integration activities. The candidate is expected to operate with high autonomy and take end-to-end ownership, leveraging prior experience in building similar security tools or platforms. The position involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with product strategy and engineering standards.

Qualifications

Strong development background with proven experience building security tools or platforms end-to-end as an individual contributor
Expertise in OT security concepts, industrial control environments, and associated threat landscapes
Solid skills in secure software development, architecture design, and platform engineering
Experience integrating multiple security technologies into cohesive solutions
Proficiency in cybersecurity engineering, threat detection concepts, and security analytics
Strong understanding of network security principles across IT and OT environments
Ability to work autonomously with high ownership and accountability in a product engineering context
Strong problem-solving capability and structured engineering approach
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred
Relevant certifications or demonstrable product development experience in cybersecurity or OT security will be advantageous
