Role

We are seeking an experienced OT Security Manager to lead and manage Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity initiatives across presales, project management, and project delivery functions. The role requires strong expertise in industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA environments, cybersecurity frameworks, customer engagement, and end-to-end execution of OT security programs.

The ideal candidate will act as a techno-commercial leader supporting business growth, solution design, customer presentations, implementation governance, and successful delivery of OT cybersecurity projects across industries such as manufacturing, energy, utilities, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Presales & Solution Consulting

  • Engage with customers to understand OT/ICS cybersecurity requirements and business challenges.
  • Lead technical presales discussions, workshops, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
  • Design OT security architectures and prepare technical proposals, BOMs, SOWs, and effort estimations.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and support RFP/RFQ responses.
  • Conduct OT security assessments, gap analysis, and maturity evaluations.
  • Recommend security solutions aligned with IEC 62443, NIST CSF, ISA/IEC standards, and industry best practices.
  • Work with OEMs, technology partners, and vendors for solution positioning and technical alignment.

2. Project Management

  • Plan, manage, and govern OT cybersecurity projects from initiation to closure.
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, customers, OEMs, and third-party stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and delivery milestones.
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, escalation handling, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and industrial safety standards.

3. Project Delivery & Implementation

  • Lead deployment and implementation of OT cybersecurity solutions including:
  • Network segmentation
  • OT SOC integration
  • Industrial firewalls
  • NAC solutions
  • Asset visibility and monitoring
  • SIEM integration
  • Remote access security
  • Vulnerability management
  • Backup and disaster recovery solutions
  • Oversee FAT/SAT activities and commissioning support.
  • Conduct security hardening for ICS/SCADA environments.
  • Ensure successful handover, documentation, and customer training.
  • Support incident response and remediation activities in OT environments.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Strong understanding of ICS/SCADA/DCS/PLC environments.
  • Hands-on experience with OT security technologies and architectures.
  • Knowledge of industrial protocols such as Modbus, OPC, DNP3, Profinet, BACnet, etc.
  • Familiarity with IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001, Purdue Model, and Zero Trust concepts.
  • Experience in handling customer-facing presales and technical consulting activities.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Cybersecurity, IT, Electronics, or related field.
  • Certifications preferred:
  • CISSP
  • CISM
  • GICSP
  • PMP / PRINCE2
  • IEC 62443 certifications
  • Experience working with industrial sectors such as manufacturing, utilities, oil & gas, pharma, or critical infrastructure.
