We're Hiring | OT Cyber Security Engineer | Gurugram
Looking for a driven OT Cyber Security Engineer to protect critical industrial infrastructure. You will work at the intersection of operational technology and cybersecurity assessing vulnerabilities in ICS/SCADA environments, conducting penetration testing, and implementing robust OT security frameworks for our global engineering clients.
What You'll Do
- Conduct VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing) in OT/SCADA environments
- Work with ICS/SCADA systems, RTUs, PLCs, and PCN network architectures
- Implement OT monitoring using tools like Claroty, Nozomi, and Dragos
- Apply MITRE ATT&CK frameworks for OT threat modeling and defense strategies
- Assess and secure firmware, hardware, radio, and network attack surfaces
Must-Have Skills
- ICS/SCADA, RTU/PLC programming and development environments
- PCN network and SCADA system design and control integration
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols: Modbus, ROC, PCCC, BSAP, OPC
- VAPT tools in SCADA environments: Modscan, PLCInject, Samurai STFU, smod, mbtget
- Vulnerability assessment and penetration testing in IT/OT environments
Good to Have
- OT monitoring experience Claroty, Nozomi, Dragos
- MITRE ATT&CK and DEFEND framework knowledge
- ICS safety and infrastructure control requirements
- Experience in UNIX, Windows, and PLC host network configuration
