Description
We are seeking a skilled OSS/BSS Engineer to join our team at TCS in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecom systems and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining operational support systems (OSS) and business support systems (BSS) to optimize our telecom operations.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain OSS/BSS solutions for telecom networks.
- Mediation Design & Configuration,
- Input & Output Adapters, CDR/EDR accuracy & processing
- Root cause Analysis , Data validation, Optimization & system tuning
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OSS/BSS applications.
- Mediation flows & routing Flows
- Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-10 years of experience in OSS/BSS systems and applications.
- Strong understanding of telecom network architecture and operations.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SOAP / Rest API's, XML / JSON
- Experience with database management systems like SQL, Unix / Linux
- Experince with the Amdocs Eco system
