Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts to ensure reliable and efficient validation of product functionality.
Work hands-on with TypeScript/Node.js, Playwright, and Postman/Bruno to create and maintain automated test suites for web and API layers.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to understand requirements, ensure testability, and support seamless CI/CD integration.
Participate in defining test plans, strategies, and coverage goals, contributing to overall product quality and release readiness.
Investigate defects, perform root cause analysis, and work with engineering teams to drive quality improvements.
Continuously explore new tools and practices to enhance automation coverage, speed, and reliability.
Contribute to code reviews, share testing best practices, and support continuous improvement within the QA team.
Exposure to mobile automation and AI-based testing approaches is an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in software testing and automation, with strong hands-on experience designing and maintaining automated test frameworks.
Proficient in TypeScript/Node.js, with experience using Playwright, Postman/Bruno, or similar modern testing tools.
Solid understanding of API, UI, and integration testing within CI/CD environments.
Working knowledge of Git and familiarity with agile development practices.
Basic understanding of SQL and databases (relational or NoSQL).
Exposure to mobile test automation and AI-assisted testing is an added advantage.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
