Ortems Solution Architect

Responsibilities:- Own the overall Ortems solution architecture and ensure alignment with enterprise IT strategy. Define and validate Ortems design patterns, integration strategy with SAP and MES (Apriso), and performance benchmarks. Govern and guide customization of planning/scheduling rules to ensure scalability and maintainability. Work closely with business stakeholders, planners, and IT leadership to translate business processes into architectural designs. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams (including Sr. Lead Developers). Collaborate with Dassault Systmes for product-related escalations, upgrades, and patches. Review solution designs, workflows, and scripts to ensure compliance with best practices. Drive performance optimization, high availability, and disaster recovery strategies for Ortems deployment. Requirements 12+ years of IT experience with at least 6+ years in Ortems solution design & architecture. Strong knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain planning processes. Expertise in enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies. Proficiency in database design and performance tuning (SQL Server/Oracle). Proven track record in leading large-scale Ortems implementations. Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
