Work Location: Mumbai/Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilites:

1. Identify and onboard direct publishers and app developers with ads.txt/app-ads.txt compliant inventory.
2. Build a strong pipeline of quality web and in-app programmatic supply across global markets.
3. Verify publisher authorization, inventory quality, traffic sources, GEOs, formats, and scalability before onboarding.
4. Manage publisher outreach, commercial negotiations, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
5. Coordinate with technical and operations teams for ORTB endpoint integration, testing, and scaling.
6. Ensure compliance with ads.txt/app-ads.txt, sellers.json, and SupplyChain Object (schain) requirements.
7. Negotiate competitive commercials and payment terms while maintaining sustainable margins.
8. Grow existing publisher relationships and continuously identify opportunities to increase quality traffic and revenue.
