We are looking for a highly skilled ORMB Solution Designer with strong domain expertise in Revenue Management, Billing, and Pricing systems. The candidate will play a key role in designing scalable, enterprise-grade solutions using Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB).
This is a client-facing role, requiring a strong blend of functional expertise, technical understanding, and solution design capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end ORMB-based solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs
- Work closely with Solution Architects to define scalable and high-performance system architecture
- Provide expertise in Pricing, Billing, Payments, Collections, and Revenue Management
- Lead requirement workshops and interact with business stakeholders, product owners, and teams
- Ensure alignment with ORMB framework, OUAF standards, and best practices
- Collaborate with development teams to guide configuration, customization, and integrations
- Support data migration, system integration, and implementation strategy
- Identify risks, dependencies, and provide mitigation strategies
- Contribute to solution proposals and pre-sales discussions when required
- Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions within timeline and budget constraints
Required Skills & Experience
ORMB & Domain Expertise
- Strong experience in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB)
- Strong understanding of:
- Customer Setup
- Pricing & Rating
- Billing & Invoicing
- Payments & Collections
- General Ledger & Financial Integration
- Experience in at least 1–2 full lifecycle ORMB implementations
Technical & Architecture Skills
- Good understanding of OUAF (Oracle Utilities Application Framework)
- Knowledge of:
- Business Services, Algorithms, Plug-ins
- Batch processes, Service Scripts, UI Maps
- Experience with:
- Integrations (REST, SOAP, XAI, IWS, File-based)
- ORMB data models and complex SQL queries
- Cloud platforms (preferred: OCI / AWS / GCP)
- Understanding of system integration patterns and enterprise architecture
