- Monitor conversations across social platforms and the web using ORM tools and manual tracking
- Respond to user mentions with brand-aligned communication—on time, every time
- Flag high priority mentions in real-time and assist with crisis mitigation
- Celebrate the good stuff by identifying UGC and shoutouts that deserve a spotlight
- Create basic ORM reports, sentiment summaries, and trend analyses in PPT format
- Coordinate with internal teams to solve user issues or questions promptly
The Skills That Seal the Deal
- 0–1 year of ORM or social media handling experience, preferably in a digital agency setup
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or any relevant stream
- Basic understanding of Gen AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc for enhancing productivity and tone-checking content
- Solid command over written English and a flair for brand-aligned tone
- Familiarity with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube
- Basic understanding of ORM tools and reporting dashboards
- Ability to juggle multiple conversations and stay cool under pressure
- A proactive, empathetic, and problem-solving mindset
