- Risk Identification & Assessment o Assist in conducting Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs). o Support mapping of processes, risks, and controls for assigned business units. 2. Loss Event & Incident Management o Record operational risk incidents and support root cause analysis. o Maintain incident/loss database for reporting and audit purposes. 3. Monitoring & Reporting o Track Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and highlight threshold breaches. o Prepare operational risk MIS and dashboards for senior management. 4. Policy & Compliance Support o Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. o Assist in regulatory submissions and responses to audits/inspections. 5. Stakeholder Engagement o Coordinate with business units for timely data collection and closure of action points. o Promote risk awareness and control culture within the bank.
