We are looking for fluent Oriya speaking Customer Support Professionals for handling both Inbound and Outbound calls. The candidates will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Handle Inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Make Outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback, and service reminders.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate unresolved cases to the senior team.
- Maintain call and customer records in CRM systems.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and customer-centric communication.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow call scripts, company policies, and compliance standards.
Desired Candidate Profile:-
- At least 6 months of prior experience in BPO / Call Center / Customer Service.
- Fluency in Oriya (reading, writing, speaking).
- Good command of Hindi and/or English preferred.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to handle customer pressure and complaints positively.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
