Organizational Development Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic Organizational Development Specialist to strengthen our internal processes and foster an engaging, high-performing work culture. You will play a critical role in implementing organizational development (OD) interventions, enhancing performance management systems, and leveraging HR analytics to drive actionable insights and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Organizational Development Interventions

• Research and implement best practices in organizational development.
• Design and execute processes to enhance employee growth and experience.
• Plan and facilitate employee engagement programs to build a thriving work culture.
• Lead key OD initiatives, including rewards and recognition (R&R), workplace behavior, and managerial effectiveness programs.
• Periodically review HR policies and recommend improvements aligned with industry standards.

Performance Management

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective employee performance reviews.
• Develop and support action plans based on employee feedback and surveys.

HR Analytics

• Create and maintain an HR dashboard with actionable insights.
• Conduct and analyze annual surveys, productivity reports, and departmental effectiveness feedback.
• Manage detailed trackers and reports for all HR initiatives.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in HR dashboards, survey analysis, and performance metrics.
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
