Organizational Development Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on OD & Learning professional who enjoys wearing different hats – from supporting development programs and working with data to creating engaging content and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

The role will work closely with the AVP – OD to support the design, execution and governance of development initiatives, with a significant focus on our ops.teams. We are looking for someone who can contribute ideas, and importantly, bring structure, strong execution and follow-through to make them happen.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the planning and execution of development programs, assessment initiatives and learning interventions.
• Drive program governance through timelines, trackers, participant management, reviews and regular progress updates.
• Coordinate with business leaders, HR teams, participants and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Create engaging learning content, presentations and communication collateral using PowerPoint and Canva.
• Leverage AI tools to support learning content creation, research, ideation, presentations and other learning assets, improving both quality and speed of execution.
• Manage and analyse program and assessment data using Advanced Excel, including dashboards and management reports.
• Use data, feedback and program outcomes to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute ideas and research to strengthen existing programs and support the development of new learning interventions.
• Independently manage specific projects/work streams and ensure timely closure of agreed actions.
