Job Purpose
To lead and drive strategic organization design initiatives that optimize structure, processes, and systems to enhance overall business performance and employee engagement at a mid-management level.
Roles and Responsibilities
Organization Design & Workforce Structuring
- Design and evaluate organizational structures, reporting lines, spans of control, and role clarity
- Lead organization design efforts during transformations, GCC setup/expansion, and restructuring initiatives
- Develop target operating models aligned with business and functional strategies
- Define roles, responsibilities, and decision rights (RACI, governance frameworks)
Strategic Workforce Planning
- Partner with HR and business leaders on workforce planning, capacity modeling, and skills-based organization design
- Support build-vs-buy decisions and location strategy for GCCs
- Ensure alignment between organization design and talent strategy
Change Enablement & Implementation
- Partner with Change Management teams to support adoption of new organization designs
- Develop implementation roadmaps, communication plans, and leader enablement materials
- Support leaders through organization transitions and role changes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in organization design, change management, or organizational development
- Strong analytical skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of organizational structures and business processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in project management and change management methodologies
