About The Role
We are looking for an Organic Growth Specialist who can help increase our website traffic, improve search rankings, and grow our brand presence organically. This role includes SEO, content promotion, link building, and managing social media to drive overall organic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on off-page SEO to improve website rankings
- Build quality backlinks through outreach, partnerships, and guest posting
- Distribute and promote content across relevant platforms
- Improve internal and external content linking
- Manage and grow social media accounts organically
- Plan and schedule social media content aligned with marketing goals
- Track keyword rankings and monitor competitors
- Identify opportunities to improve search visibility
- Monitor organic traffic, backlinks, engagement, and conversions
- Share regular performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Stay updated with SEO and social media trends
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in SEO, organic growth, or social media marketing
- Good understanding of off-page SEO and link building
- Experience managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, etc.)
- Knowledge of content marketing and audience engagement
- Experience using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, or social media tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills
