Order & Vendor Coordinator

Location: Surat, Gujarat (In-person)

Salary: 43,000 53,000/month (gross)

Schedule: 5-day workweek | Working Hours: 8 AM 9 PM EST (U.S. time)

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible person to manage orders and talk with vendors. You will make sure products are delivered on time, with good quality, and that all records are correct.

Main Responsibilities

• Process and track orders from start to finish
• Talk with vendors about order details and delivery dates
• Keep records of orders, invoices, and payments
• Check the quality of goods received
• Solve problems quickly and report to the team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or similar field
• Experience in order management, supply chain, or vendor work
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
