What You Would Do:
- Align with the Finance Operations vertical to determine financial outcomes by collecting data/reports and conducting analysis.
- Reconcile transactions, optimize working capital, provide real-time visibility, and manage revenue and cash flow.
- Oversee billing process optimization and handle the entire process from customer inquiry to invoicing.
- Focus on cash application processing, solving queries related to cash applications, and coordinating with customers.
- Understand cash applications, reconcile suspense accounts, and process payments to finalization.
- Implement client account plans through relationship development, identify new opportunities, and build deeper client relationships.
What We Are Looking For:
- Analytical thinking to understand and address issues/problems.
- Healthcare experience, specifically with EPIC or ORMB, is a plus.
