We have a Virtual Drive on Wednesday, 10th Dec -for Order to Cash (O2C) Analyst/Associate (Chennai)
- Location: Chennai (anyone who can relocate can apply)
- Experience: 6 months to 5 years
- Shift: General to US Shift
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
Key Responsibilities:
- Billing & Invoicing: Generate invoices, ensure timely delivery, and handle billing queries.
- Cash Application: Apply cash receipts accurately, reconcile bank statements, and manage suspense accounts.
- Collections & Dispute Resolution: Follow up on overdue payments, analyze customer payment habits, and resolve billing/payment issues.
- Reporting: Assist with daily/monthly cash and sales reporting.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and SLAs.
- Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end O2C cycle.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Analytical skills for data interpretation.
