About the team-(TE)

Purpose of the Role

The Order to Cash - Global Process Transformation Lead will be leading the Order to Cash Foundation programme designed to drive standardisation and simplification of OTC process, policy, data and operating model by establishing global common standards and ways of working, with a focus on efficiency, effectiveness and driving superlative customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide design, execution and change leadership to the OTC foundation programme, and sub-workstreams within, under the aegis of the Commercial Foundation Programme

  • Refine and implement a global OTC process vision

    • Common Minimum Practices and Standards

    • Global templates

    • Global Standard Interaction Model

    • Global Policy changes

    • Documentation to BPQMS standards

  • Analysis, preparation and articulation to support key design decisions leveraging the GPO Model and the programme-specific Design Authority Board (DAB)

  • Interface and liaise with the broader programme governance and adjacent & impacted L1 processes

  • Follow the guidelines and routines of the GPO Model

  • Assure that process and policy improvements align with global compliance, controls, and audit frameworks

  • Ensure quality and consistency in deliverables (process maps, policies, control frameworks)

  • Enable collaboration between GBO, markets, and functional stakeholders on the projects to ensure alignment

  • Integration of OTC design with upstream and downstream (finance, supply chain, master data) processes.

  • Provide oversight and direction to multiple foundation projects focused on policy, controls, and process standardisation.

  • Proactively identify and manage project interdependencies.

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team staffed with external Consultants, Business SMEs, Business Analysts and Service delivery to guide design choices and prioritisation.

  • Lead change management by providing clear direction, decision-making, and guidance on process adoption.

  • Support programme communications

  • Manage programme milestones and constraints

Skills & Experience

  • 10-15 years of progressive experience in Order to Cash, Commercial Operations, or Process Transformation roles

  • Moderate to high degree of understanding of end-to-end OTC processes (including order management, Credit, Invoicing, Collections, Cash Application, and claims/deductions)

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-market process standardisation and policy harmonisation initiatives

  • Experience of having led and programme-managed large-scale transformation programmes

  • Appreciation of compliance, control frameworks, and commercial governance

  • Experience managing sophisticated global stakeholder networks and transformation programs

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive influencing skills.

  • Strong analytical and influencing skills
