Order To Cash

Description

The Order To Cash (OTC) role involves managing the complete order processing cycle, ensuring accurate invoicing, and facilitating timely collections from customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve any order-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end order processing cycle from order entry to cash application.
• Ensure timely invoicing and collection of payments from customers.
• Coordinate with various departments (sales, logistics, finance) to resolve any order-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and payments in the system.
• Perform reconciliations of accounts receivable and resolve discrepancies as necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and issues in a timely manner.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
