Job Title:Order to Cash (Delivery Lead Manager)
Total Experience: 13- 18 years
- End-to-End O2C Management: Oversee the complete O2C cycle including order management, billing, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution to ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition.
- Stakeholder & Customer Management: Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Tax, Audit) and external customers to resolve billing, payment, and reconciliation issues efficiently.
- Process Improvement & Compliance: Drive standardization, automation, and process optimization while ensuring adherence to company policies, SOX controls, and audit requirements.
- Performance & Reporting: Monitor key O2C KPIs (DSO, aging, unbilled revenue), prepare MIS reports, and implement strategies to enhance working capital and operational efficiency.
