Role Overview/Your Impact
Interact with global telecom vendors on daily basis to buy, terminate, move and change telecom products and services.
Responsible to place an order with vendors and pursue through completion.
Gather critical order related information from vendors such as tracking number, device details etc.
Responsible to co-ordinate with Customers, Partners and Vendors to resolve technical issues.
Responsible for price validation of orders and resolving with vendors in case of discrepancies.
Maintain vendor order forms, communication log and contract/quote docs for future reference, maintaining and login setup for customers.
Responsible to update a system of record (telecom inventory) for add, terminate and change orders.
Responsible to meet ETA's and SLA's defined in statement of work.
Responsible for Clients assigned to interact with the Vendor for Plan Changes/ Disputes.
Responsible for Clients assigned to work in the desired environment for ordering Mobile Devices, Upgrading, Terminating Mobile Devices.
Interacting with India team Analysts/ US team to resolve any ordering related questions arising from Vendor.
Updating day to day trackers in excel & work queue management.
What Does the team do
The Order Fulfilment team is responsible for working closely with global telecom vendors and to identify the most cost-effective solutions for customers, Verifying, fulfilling, delivering product orders and modifying existing service for end customers. Team oversees the order fulfilment process and ensures that all orders are processed in accordance with Sakon customer service and purchasing standards, corporate policies and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Our Expectations
Excellent English communication skills (writing, speaking and reading), Preferred Neutral/US accent.
Prior experience in using online order management system and any ticketing system.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint
Confidence and credibility with excellent relationship management skills.
Proven problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills
Highly responsive, self-motivated and able to act on own initiative.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain quality while working under pressure.
Able to learn new tasks quickly with minimum supervision.
Experience with mobile device/ plans troubleshooting methods both client and vendor side.
