Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and process customer orders efficiently across various e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Shopify, and Etsy.
- Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure on-time order dispatch.
- Update and maintain order records and customer information accurately in the order management system.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving order issues and answering queries promptly.
- Monitor order status to ensure all orders are fulfilled according to company standards and deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize order processing workflows and improve overall efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Proficiency in Order Management Systems and E-commerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and Etsy
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work on-site in India
- Prior experience in order processing or e-commerce operations preferred
