Shift Timing

Night Shift – 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM

Salary Range

₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary

Jaipur Living is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional for the role of Order Process / Customer Support (Operations). The candidate will be responsible for managing order processing activities, coordinating with internal teams, handling customer queries, and ensuring smooth operational support for international clients during night shift hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage customer orders accurately within defined timelines.
  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and production teams for smooth order execution.
  • Handle customer inquiries, shipment tracking, order updates, and issue resolution professionally.
  • Maintain accurate order records, documentation, and system updates.
  • Communicate effectively with international clients through calls and emails.
  • Monitor order status and proactively address delays or discrepancies.
  • Prepare operational reports and maintain customer service records.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and professional support.
  • Follow company SOPs, operational guidelines, and service standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Strong customer handling and coordination skills.
  • Good understanding of order processing and operational workflows.
  • Proficiency in:
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Office
  • ERP/Order Management Systems (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in night shifts.

Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Relevant experience in customer support, operations, backend process, or order management preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
