Job Description

Role Overview

  • Ensure timely, accurate, and First Time Right (FTR) order login by managing order pendency and ageing
  • Drive reduction in relog rates, processing delays, and backlog
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (KAM, SAM, PM, Product, Finance, IT) for seamless order processing
  • Ensure documentation and audit compliance across all orders

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end order governance, including monitoring order login TAT and improving FTR rates
  • Resolve operational and system-related challenges impacting order processing
  • Manage complex and high-value solution orders to ensure correct configuration and timely closure
  • Drive escalation management and ensure faster resolution of issues
  • Handle audit holds and documentation gaps to enable order clearance
  • Track and reduce relogged orders and improve overall order quality
  • Guide and align the Order Entry team to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Performance & Governance:

  • Monitor and analyze order management KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Conduct daily reviews of order pendency, ageing, and operational issues
  • Engage with business teams to improve order login experience and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with IT/Product teams for system stability and process enhancements
  • Ensure weekly performance tracking and monthly process reviews with stakeholders
  • Drive order booking reconciliation and alignment with sales records
