Job Description

Duties:

  • Relentless focus on order booking and on-time-shipment of orders

  • Identify process gaps and design solutions to improve operational efficiency

  • Drive communication with internal and external partners

  • Work with Sales Operations, IT and Finance teams to resolve issues

  • Order booking and fulfillment within ERP and CRM systems

  • Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements

  • Help foster trusting relationships with business partners

  • Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems

  • Provide escalation support to Sales and external partners
Skills:

  • 2-4 years operations experience in an enterprise technology environment

  • Familiar with Salesforce and NetSuite systems (or other CRM systems)

  • Experience working with distributors, manufacturing suppliers & logistics vendors

  • Proven experience as a Order management Analyst or similar role

  • Experience in analysis and reporting in relevant domain

  • Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g. order booking, inventory planning, warehouse management)

  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Salesforce, Netsuite or equivalent CRM

  • Analytical mind with business acumen

  • Problem-solving aptitude

  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Outstanding organizational ability

Education:Bachelor's degree
