Order Management Specialist – Pune
Work Mode: WFO
Experience: 2–5 Years
Maximum CTC: 5.5 LPA
Shift: Rotational
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Education: Bachelor's Degree Mandatory
Key Skills: Order Management, Q2C/O2C, SAP, Order Processing, Order Fulfillment, Shipment Tracking, Renewals, Contract Management and Customer Coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end Order Management / Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) activities.
Handle order creation, booking, validation, processing and fulfillment.
Work on SAP for order processing and updates.
Coordinate with customers, internal teams and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.
Track orders, shipments and delivery status.
Handle order discrepancies, cancellations, returns and escalations.
Ensure orders are processed accurately within defined SLA/KPI timelines.
Prepare MIS reports and maintain process documentation.
Resolve order-related queries and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
