The Impact You'll Make
To lead and manage end to end Order to Cash operations for OEMs and Channel Partners, ensuring timely and accurate order execution, effective escalation management, strong leadership of the team, and consistently high customer service performance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end Order to Cash operations — from order entry through billing and closure — while acting as the first point of escalation for customer complaints, delivery delays, pricing issues, and documentation gaps, driving permanent root cause resolution over temporary fixes
- Coordinate across sales, warehouse, logistics, finance, and global production sites to ensure timely and complete order fulfilment, while monitoring open orders, receivables, and backlog through structured follow-ups and review mechanisms
- Create, maintain, and govern customer master data, partner records, and agreements in ERP and CRM systems, including partner onboarding, annual renewals, and quarterly rebate coordination with sales and finance
- Generate and circulate MIS and business reports covering order status, revenue, backlog, receivables, and key service KPIs — translating data into actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Lead the team through daily guidance, workload allocation, and performance reviews, ensuring compliance with internal SOPs, audit requirements, and commercial terms while strengthening service responsiveness and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Strong planning and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage team workloads, multiple escalations, and shifting priorities — and a willingness to continuously refine how the team operates based on what the data reveals
- Hands-on experience with SAP, Salesforce, or similar ERP/CRM systems, paired with a solid understanding of Order to Cash, supply chain, and logistics processes — and an openness to adapting as tools and workflows evolve
- Excellent customer handling, escalation management, and problem-solving skills, with the composure to work under pressure and the curiosity to dig into root causes rather than settle for surface-level fixes
- Strong commercial knowledge including pricing, payment terms, delivery terms, and contractual conditions, with an eye toward spotting process gaps and improving how the team manages them
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to communicate clearly across functions and levels — Kannada is an added advantage
