Role Overview: The Process Specialist acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in order management operations, driving process excellence, supporting team performance, and ensuring delivery of high-quality outcomes aligned with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex order scenarios, escalations, pricing discrepancies, contract issues, and exception cases along with regular case handling activities.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs related to accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time.
- Support team members with process queries, issue resolution, and conduct process refreshers or training for new hires.
- Act as a bridge between the operations team and leadership/client, handling direct interactions and status updates.
- Identify improvement opportunities, drive process optimization, and ensure compliance with SOPs and audit requirements.
- Track metrics, prepare reports, analyze performance trends, and participate in daily huddles and reviews.
Required Skills:
- Strong domain expertise in Order Management / O2C / Q2C workflows and independent decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication along with cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Advanced problem-solving, analytical, reporting, and strong Excel skills.
- Ability to handle stakeholder management and escalations smoothly.
