Order Management | Supply Chain | Logistics | Q2C | S2F

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Order Management lifecycle, from order creation to fulfillment.
• Handle customer orders, order booking, and billing-related queries.
• Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders for smooth order processing.
• Work on SAP; experience with SAP ByD is preferred.
• Knowledge of SNOW (ServiceNow) will be an added advantage.
• Use MS Office, especially Excel, for day-to-day operations and reporting.
• Act as a Process SME, providing process guidance and resolving team queries.
• Identify training needs and conduct process training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Create and maintain training manuals and process documentation.

• Flexible to work in rotational shifts and from office all days.
• Shipping industry experience will be an added advantage.
