What you'll achieve
As an Order Management Analyst, you will support the end-to-end order management process, while being responsible for documentation of policy and procedures, reporting, and research. You will work with internal and external customers to process and verify the accuracy of online and offline orders.
You will:
Responsible for processing complex orders for products, services & solutions from sales staff or direct customer from online
Coordinate with departments regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, quotes, and SOW.
Gain an understanding of the order to cash process as well as the systems and processes that support it.
Research customer problems and deliver solutions
Complete order requirements and check price and quantity of each item listed
Work with multi-functional teams to drive velocity, backlog management and frictionless rate
Complete and maintain customer records per business controls, including account online product
Mandatory Skills
Good Verbal and written communication skills.
Sense of Urgency
Attention to detail & Ability to multitask
Good SQL Knowledge
Work within a team environment and independently.
Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel).
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
Has strong problem solving and multi-tasking ability.
