- Consumption-Based Order Processing:
- Process and manage customer orders for consumption-based services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor and track customer usage data to align with ordered consumption levels.
- Generate and manage orders based on predefined consumption tiers and overage policies.
- Handle order adjustments and modifications related to usage fluctuations.
- Usage Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze customer usage data to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential issues.
- Generate reports on order fulfillment, consumption patterns, and customer usage.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize order management processes based on data analysis.
- Customer Support & Communication:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, usage, and billing in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide clear and concise explanations of consumption-based billing and order policies.
- Resolve customer issues related to order discrepancies and usage disputes.
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding usage thresholds and potential overages.
- Order System Management & Optimization:
- Maintain and update order management systems and databases.
- Identify and recommend improvements to order management processes and systems.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to implement system enhancements.
- Assist in the testing and implementation of new order management tools and features.
- Billing & Reconciliation Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the billing team to ensure accurate and timely billing based on consumption data.
- Reconcile order data with billing records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide support for billing inquiries related to consumption-based orders.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all order management activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of order management processes and procedures.
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or its equivalent.
- 3+ years of software/ SAAS experience in deal desk, order management, billing and accounts receivable experience preferred.
- Salesforce CPQ experience required, and Workday Financial experience preferred
