Role Overview:

The Deal Strategy Specialist (DSS) is responsible for preparing, validating, and managing order forms and contracts for Google services. This role ensures that customer requirements captured by Field Sales Representatives (FSRs) are accurately translated into compliant and error-free order documents. The Specialist works closely with SMEs, QA teams, and sales stakeholders to streamline deal execution while maintaining high accuracy and adherence to policies.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate degree; commerce/finance background preferred.
• 13 years of experience in deal desk, renewals, sales operations, provisioning, order/contract management, or similar functions.
• Strong understanding of order form and contract creation processes.
• Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Strong compliance mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work in 18x7 rotational shifts.
