Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage the complete order lifecycle from creation to fulfilment.
Handle customer orders, bookings, and billing queries.
Manage orders and processes using SAP.
Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues and share updates.
Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Excel.
Identify training needs and develop training materials.
Conduct process training and manage learning sessions.
Monitor training quality and results.

Requirements

Experience in order management and billing query resolution.
Strong knowledge of SAP, preferably SAP ByD.
Knowledge of SNOW is an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
