Hiring Manager – Order Fulfilment

Qualification: MBA/PGDBM preferably in International business

• Ensure customer orders are fulfilledin a timely, precise manner and properly recorded
• Plan the fulfilment from order receipt to delivery
• Overseas the order entry, administration and shipping process
• Implement scalable business processand customer servicestandards and delivery efficient order processing.
• Developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control, logistics management, and order fulfillment to meet operational goals
• Preventing Inventory Shrinkage, accidents, and Operational hazards
• Reporting weekly on multiple fulfillment and performance

KPI

Experience:

Min 4 years experience in similar role in e-commerce or B2C industry
