Oracle WMS

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle WMS functional solutions.
• Configure warehouse processes including receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting.
• Work closely with business users to optimize warehouse operations and inventory controls.
• Integrate Oracle WMS with modules such as Inventory, Order Management (OM), Purchasing (PO), Shipping Execution, and Manufacturing.
• Support barcode scanning, mobile transactions, RF devices, and label printing solutions.
• Conduct system testing, UAT support, data migration, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Develop functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements (RICE components).
• Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments and integrations.
• Provide end-user training and prepare functional documentation.
