Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management (WAM) Manager to lead implementation, support, and optimization initiatives. This role combines solution architecture, delivery leadership, and stakeholder management to drive large-scale utility transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Utilities WAM implementations and support engagements
  • Drive solution design, configuration, and architecture for WAM modules
  • Manage integrations with systems such as CC&B, MWM, GIS, SCADA, and ERP
  • Conduct requirement workshops and translate business needs into scalable solutions
  • Oversee WAM modules:
  • Asset Lifecycle Management
  • Work Management
  • Inventory & Supply Chain
  • Preventive Maintenance
  • Inspections & Mobile WAM
  • Ensure compliance with utility standards and regulatory frameworks
  • Lead project planning, risk mitigation, and delivery governance
  • Manage and mentor cross-functional teams (functional + technical)
  • Drive client communication, stakeholder alignment, and change management

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Oracle Utilities WAM
  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities WAM modules
  • Experience in 2–3 end-to-end WAM implementations
  • Expertise in Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
  • Strong knowledge of integrations (CC&B, MWM, GIS, ERP, SCADA)

Nice to Have

  • PMP / ITIL / Oracle Utilities certifications
  • Experience with cloud-based implementations
