Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter (C2M) Test Engineer to validate and ensure the quality of Oracle C2M implementations across the meter-to-cash lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing for Oracle Utilities applications, with strong knowledge of Customer Information Systems (CIS), Meter Data Management (MDM), billing, and utility business processes. Oracle C2M combines customer care, billing, and meter data management into a unified platform, making end-to-end testing across these domains essential.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Testing

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for Oracle Utilities C2M.
• Validate business processes including:
• Customer onboarding
• Service requests
• Meter lifecycle
• Meter reads
• Billing
• Payments
• Credit & Collections
• Move In/Move Out
• Perform System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, and End-to-End Testing.

Oracle C2M Testing

• Validate Oracle C2M modules including:
• Customer Information System (CIS)
• Meter Data Management (MDM)
• Billing
• Device Management
• Usage Calculation
• Service Orders
• Verify meter-to-cash business processes.
• Validate interfaces with upstream and downstream systems.
• Night Shift
