About The Job:
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and manage complex Oracle programs involving Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), integrations, upgrades, and custom development.
Qualifications: Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud environments, with at least 5 years in a program or project management role.
Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex Oracle-based programs (EBS R12.x, Oracle Cloud, integrations, etc.).
Strong technical background in Oracle PL/SQL , BI Publisher , Forms/Reports , Interfaces/APIs , and/or Oracle Cloud tools .
Familiarity with Oracle modules such as Financials, SCM, HCM, or Projects.
Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience with global delivery models (including coordination with GDC or offshore teams).
Support test planning, UAT coordination, and production rollout.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams across technical and business domains.
Shift: US (7:00 pm to 03:00 am)
