About The Role
Job Title: Oracle Technical Lead
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Oracle EBS integrations and technical solutions across multiple business functions.
- Provide techno-functional expertise across Oracle EBS modules including Financials, SCM, and Manufacturing.
- Lead technical delivery and solution design for complex Oracle EBS initiatives, including implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify pain points, and propose effective technology solutions.
- Manage and coordinate with multi-shore teams (onsite, offshore, and nearshore) to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to technical teams and developers to ensure best practices and high-quality deliverables.
- Support integration design between Oracle EBS and other enterprise systems.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
- 12+ years of overall experience in Oracle EBS as a Techno-Functional Developer/Consultant.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in integrations, technical solution design, and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS modules, including:
- Financials: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), EBTax
- SCM: Purchasing, Order Management, Inventory
- Manufacturing: Product Scheduling, Costing
- Strong understanding of Oracle integrations and the broader Oracle technology landscape.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience leading technical delivery in complex, multi-stream initiatives.
Desired Qualifications (Optional)
- Experience with Oracle EBS on-premises implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
- Experience working in a multi-shore delivery model (onsite, offshore, nearshore).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to recommend value-driven solutions to business challenges.
- Experience mentoring teams and driving strategic technical initiatives.
