Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Consultant with strong PL/SQL development skills, hands-on experience in Oracle SCM modules, and deep understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing, customizing, and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite R12 solutions, ensuring seamless integration with business processes across supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and support technical solutions in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) with a focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules including PO, INV, OM, WSH, BOM, WIP, and ASCP.
- Design, develop, and maintain PL/SQL programs, interfaces (API), conversions, extensions, reports, and workflows (RICEW).
- Deliver full-cycle technical implementation and support for O2C and P2P business processes.
- Work with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Create customizations, interfaces (Inbound/Outbound), and data migrations related to SCM modules.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize custom code and standard Oracle EBS processes.
- Build and maintain BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, and Forms related to SCM functions.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and solution architecture discussions.
- Provide production support, including performance tuning, debugging, and issue resolution for SCM applications.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS Technical Consultant with focus on Oracle SCM modules.
- Strong hands-on experience with PL/SQL ( Bulk collect, Procedure, packages, cursor )
- Proven experience in full-cycle implementation/support of O2C and P2P processes.
- Experience working with interfaces, conversions, extensions, and customizations (RICEW).
- Deep understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and table structures for SCM modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including debugging and performance tuning.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with business users and functional consultants.
