Oracle Technical Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the implementation of Oracle applications (EBS, Cloud) and technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and customize Oracle EBS modules and Oracle Cloud Applications (if applicable).
• Perform requirement analysis, solution design, and development for Oracle Applications.
• Write and review technical specifications for Oracle Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions (RICE components).
• Integrate Oracle Applications with third-party systems using relevant integration tools (SOA, ODI, etc.).
• Perform system configuration, application tuning, and optimization for performance improvements.
• Lead and mentor junior consultants and developers.
• Support system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and troubleshooting of production issues.
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with security and best practices.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure the technical solution aligns with business requirements.
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve any technical issues.
• Participate in project planning, status reporting, and risk management.

Skills & Expertise:

• Strong experience with Oracle EBS (11i, R12) and/or Oracle Cloud Applications.
• Proficient in Oracle development tools like PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Forms.
• Experience in Oracle application customization, extensions, and integrations.
• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA, and ODI for data integration.
• Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and ADF (Application Development Framework) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of database design, performance tuning, and query optimization.
• Knowledge of Oracle Middleware products, such as WebLogic Server, is desirable.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
