Job Description - Oracle EBS Technical Consultant / Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Consultant / Developer with strong expertise in Oracle Financials, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Process Engineering. The role involves designing, developing, customizing, and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite R12 applications, along with integrations and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities Technical Development

Design and develop RICEW components Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extensions, and Workflows

Customize and extend Oracle EBS R12 modules including Financials, SCM, and HRMS

Develop solutions using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and OA Framework (OAF)

Build advanced reports using BI Publisher (XML Publisher)

Develop and maintain Oracle Workflows and Approvals Management Engine (AME)

Integration & Interfaces :

Design and support inbound and outbound interfaces with third-party systems

Work with APIs, Open Interfaces, Web Services (REST/SOAP)

Exposure to SOA, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and shell scripting is a plus Support & Performance

Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis

Perform SQL and PL/SQL performance tuning to optimize system efficiency Documentation & Testing

Prepare technical documentation including MD070 (Technical Design Documents)

Create TE020 (Unit Test Plans) and CV060 (Installation Scripts)

Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities Required Technical Skills Core Skills

Strong expertise in SQL and PL/SQL (packages, procedures, functions, triggers)

Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 Technical Development

Proficiency in Oracle Forms, Reports, OAF, BI Publisher

Experience with RICEW components Module Knowledge

Strong understanding of Oracle EBS table structures for: o GL, AP, AR, PO, INV, Quality Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 Technical Development

Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) for E-Business Suite Preferred
