Oracle Technical Architect - Associate Director

Key Responsibilities

Architect solutions addressing customer technical challenges and functional needs using best-in-class Oracle technologies.

Provide detailed technical architecture and roadmap to development and functional teams for seamless conversion, integration, reports, and workflow improvements.

Design, develop, and maintain robust integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Develop and maintain metrics-based analytics and reporting solutions using FAW, FDI, FBDI, OTBI, or BIP.

Implement coding best practices, standards, and fine-tuning of database queries where applicable.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional and technical requirements into effective solutions.

Mentor, guide, and monitor technical/development team members to ensure successful technical delivery across the organization.

Work on both Oracle cloud/SaaS solutions and on-premises Oracle solutions.

Act as a thought leader to drive accurate, consistent, and compliant solutions using self-motivation and team guidance.
