Oracle Technical Application Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Application Developer with strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), and PL/SQL. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience across Oracle application development, integrations, and database programming, with a solid background in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Applications. This role requires end-to-end ownership of application development, integrations, reporting, and cloud-based Oracle solutions in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade applications using Oracle VBCS.

• Build, deploy, and manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including REST/SOAP services and adapters.

• Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and performance-optimized SQL.

• Integrate Oracle applications with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Applications, and third-party systems.

• Work with Oracle Fusion tables and BI Publisher (BIP) reports for reporting and data integration requirements.

• Develop reusable APIs, extensions, and custom components within Oracle Cloud environments.

• Participate in architecture design, technical solutioning, and documentation.

• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance, integrations, and database objects.

• Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices, security standards, and integration patterns.

• Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and cross-functional technical teams.

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.

  
  
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1215+ years of overall IT / Oracle application development experience.

• 510 years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).

• Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC):

  • Integrations, orchestration, adapters, and process automation

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) for UI and application development.

• Advanced proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL tuning, and Oracle database development.

• Solid experience working with Oracle Fusion tables and BI Publisher (BIP) reports.

• Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and API integrations.

• Experience with Oracle extensions, customizations, and data migration.

• Good understanding of integration architecture, middleware concepts, and cloud security.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
