Core Responsibilities
- Technical Troubleshooting: Analyze, debug, and resolve failed orders and performance issues within the ASAP application.
- Application Monitoring: Monitor the Oracle ASAP application, server performance, and WebLogic environments to ensure high availability.
- Deployment & Configuration: Handle ASAP installations, upgrades (e.g., from 7.0 to 7.x), and the deployment/un-deployment of ASAP cartridges.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as a liaison between the customer and internal experts to provide first-rate solutions for post-sales inquiries.
- System Maintenance: Perform database management tasks, including purging, integrity checks, and tuning to maintain performance
Required Technical Skills
- Core Technologies: Automated Service Activation Platform - ASAP
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Telecom Provisioning Operations and OSS/BSS systems.
Qualifications & Background
- Education: Typically requires a B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- Experience: Requirements range from to 58+ years for senior technical analyst positions.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and customer-handling skills are essential for interacting with global clients.
