Oracle Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM FCCS//ARCS Consultant to serve as a subject matter expert for our financial systems. You will lead requirement gathering, design, configuration, and testing of FCCS applications. The ideal candidate will analyze current close processes and implement improvements, ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS standardseliminations.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Support: Lead or participate in end-to-end implementation (requirements, design, build, UAT, deploy) of FCCS.

FCCS Configuration: Configure metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, ownership management, and data forms.

Business Rules & Calculation Scripts: Develop and maintain business rules and calculation scripts for complex consolidations.

Data Integration: Set up and manage data integrations from ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) to FCCS using Data Management or EPM Integration Agent.

Financial Reporting: Create reports, dashboards, and use Smart View for validation and analysis.

Process Optimization: Analyze existing financial close processes to design, test, and implement automated best practices.

Collaboration: Liaison between finance stakeholders and IT teams for requirement gathering and support.

EPM ARCS:

Specializes in configuring and implementing Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service to automate balance sheet reconciliations, transaction matching, and period-end close processes. Key responsibilities include designing reconciliation formats, setting up data loads, developing automation scripts (EPM Automate/REST APIs), and integrating with GL/Sub-ledger systems.

Key Responsibilities

System Configuration: Configure ARCS, including attributes, formats, reconciliation rules, risk ratings, and aging profiles.

Transaction Matching: Implement transaction matching engines to automate high-volume reconciliations.

Data Integration: Use Data Management (FDMEE) to load data from Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, or other source systems.

Automation: Develop automation scripts using EPM Automate for batch processing and data loads.

Reporting: Create reports, dashboards, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Business Transformation: Partner with finance teams to optimize and streamline reconciliation workflows.
