Must-Have Skills

Application Knowledge functionally, Oracle EBS R12, Module Knowledge – iProc/Req , PO (Procurement), working knowledge in AR, worked on Configurations, Design – FDR/FDD/Solution Design, Testing cycles (ST/SIT/UAT), Data Conversion, Functional Interface design + Implementation, Module extensions.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience working with Oracle EBS R12 configurations and setup activities, along with functional knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR). Exposure to preparing Functional Design Requirement (FDR), Functional Design Document (FDD), and Solution Design documents is desirable. Candidates with experience in data conversion and migration activities, functional interface design and implementation, module extensions and customizations, and end-to-end Oracle EBS implementation projects will be preferred. Knowledge of testing methodologies, including System Testing (ST), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), along with experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, enhancement management, and cross-functional collaboration across Oracle modules, would be an added advantage.
